1. What We Collect

SnowX collects limited personal profile data, AI interaction data, and minimal system information that is strictly required for operation and security.

  • Profile Data: Name, email, region, avatar preferences, and personalization settings. We never collect biometric or surveillance data.
  • AI Interactions: Text, voice, and command inputs are processed to respond accurately. This data does not personally identify users.
  • Device Information: OS version, hardware information, crash diagnostics, and IP address for security.

2. Storage & Security

End-to-End Protection: Local data stays strictly on your device unless cloud sync is explicitly enabled. If enabled, cloud data is completely end-to-end encrypted.

Military-Grade Security: We deploy AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3, zero-trust architecture, and ensure there is zero hidden logging taking place.

3. Permissions & Sharing

  • Voice Usage: Microphone access occurs only with explicit user permission and active interaction.
  • No Selling Data: We do not sell user data. Limited sharing only ever occurs when legally required.
  • Third Parties: Optional connected services receive only the required input, never user identity.
  • Cookies: Website cookies are used only for authentication and optional analytics.

4. Your Privacy Rights

Total Control: You may access, export, modify, or delete your data at any time.

Data Retention: Local data persists only until you delete it. Cloud data is instantly removed upon request.

Compliance: Fully compliant with the Indian IT Act, GDPR principles, and global privacy standards. Note: SnowX is not designed for users under the age of 13.
